2026 Clinic Info & Updates

We are excited to welcome friends old and new to the 2026 Mohegan Sun World Softball Coaches’ Convention (WSCC), January 16 & 17 at the Mohegan Sun Expo Center, located at the spectacular Mohegan Sun Resort Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut! Click HERE to register for the 2026 Convention.

ONCE AGAIN THIS YEAR, as part of your registration, attendees will receive complimentary on-demand access to session videos shortly after the Convention concludes. NEW THIS YEAR: we are providing LIFETIME access to the 2026 Convention videos to attendees (previously year-long access).This Convention initiative multiplies your learning opportunities as it allows you to view sessions happening concurrent to the session you attended at the clinic.

Convention Registration Refunds: Coaches who change their mind and choose not to attend the Convention, can receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee if they cancel their registration by December 1, 2025 (please contact our clinic office via email at info@SoftballCoachesClinic.com to request your refund). Please note, that even if you chose not to attend the clinic but did not cancel your registration, your initial registration would provide access to complimentary on-demand video of 2026 clinic sessions.

Convention Cancellation Refunds: If we cannot hold a Convention and cannot provide on-demand video sessions, we will refund your entire registration fee minus the credit card merchant percentage rate fee.

Hotel Partner Reservation Cancellations: Please review and understand the cancellation policies and dates for our hotel partners when making your reservation. You need to contact these hotels directly with changes as the Convention does not have responsibility or control over room reservations or cancellations.

We encourage you to be aware of cancellation and refund policies for all non-World Softball Coaches’ Convention services such as airline flights, rental cars, etc. as we cannot help with any changes on these fronts.

All Registrants Recieve Free Access to Clinic Session Videos

Included as part of your registration, attendees will receive complimentary on-demand access to session videos shortly after the Convention concludes. 2026 Registration Information, Pricing & Deadlines

Our early bird coach pre-registration rate is only $129 per coach (SAME AS THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS!) - which includes free post-event lifetime access to clinic session videos from this year - if you register by September 15, 2025. For registrations from September 16, 2025 through October 15, 2025, the coach registration rate is $139. For registrations from October 16, 2025 through November 15, 2025, the coach registration rate is $149. For registrations from November 16, 2025 through January 8, 2026, the coach registration rate is $159. For registrations after January 9, the at-the-door registration rate is $175. Player (up to 22 years of age) registration is $95 and will remain the same. See Group Discounts section for group pricing discounts.

All attendees will be required to provide their personal contact information. If you are purchasing multiple tickets for your coaching staff, team or club, please provide unique contact information (specific emails for each registrant are particularly important!) for each registrant so they can access/log-in to our post-event video site.

Please note that each registrant will receive a confirmation email confirming registration which can be used as an invoice/payment confirmation proof for school or club reimbursement.

2026 Group Discounts for 3+ Coaches - Bring Your Coaching Staff or Team & SAVE!

Teams or clubs* who register three or more coaches/players receive the group rate of $135 per coach for each registration (a SAVINGS of up to $40 off each coach at-the-door registration) and the player registration remains at $95 (players can count towards the group of 3+), for registrations completed and paid for prior to January 8, 2026. Teams or clubs* who register ten or more coaches/players receive the group rate of $125 per coach for each registration (a SAVINGS of up to $50 off each coach at-the-door registration) and the player registration remains at $95 (players can count towards the group of 10+), for registrations completed and paid for prior to January 8, 2026.Please email the clinic at info@SoftballCoachesClinic.com with the names of the coaches and players and their team/club - or call the clinic office at 860.670.2905 - and we will provide you with a special savings promo code.

*Group discount is intended for coaching staffs and players from a specific school or club and does not apply to three coaches/players from separate schools that form a group. Thank you for understanding.

2026 Convention Hotel Partners Offering Special Discounts

6Special hotel rates for the 2025 Mohegan Sun World Softball and Baseball Coaches' Convention are available at the on-site Mohegan Sun Hotel and the nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn - Norwich, and the Hampton Inn by Hilton - Norwich. The event offers a range of special lodging rates, ranging from $109 - $349 per night. We encourage you to make your reservations early as these room blocks will sell out and are offered on a space available basis.

To make a reservation at the spectacular and incredibly convenient Mohegan Sun Hotel, please visit the booking website for the 2026 World Baseball and Softball Coaches' Convention and use the code ”WBAS26” or call 888-226-7711 ask for the “World Baseball Coaches' Convention” room block and mention the code “WBAS26” to receive the discounted rate of $184 - $349 plus tax. Rate based on double occupancy. Room rates are available through January 9, 2026 on a first-come, space-available basis (this block sells out quickly so we encourage you to make your reservation early). Reservations made after January 9, 2026 will be provided on a space available basis and will be subject to current rates. Please note that due to demand we have limited Saturday night hotel rooms available at the Mohegan Sun at our group rate.

2026 Sessions, Times & Presenters Subject to Change

We expect an outstanding group of presenters for the 2025 clinic and will be adding presenters over the next couple of months. Please see the Event Schedule page on the website for the most current schedule. Please note the session topics, times and presenters are subject to change.

2026 Cancellation/Refund Policy

This event will take place regardless of weather conditions, pandemic or health challenges, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances. Should we be unable to hold an in-person event, we will deliver content via an online platform or virtual resource. The World Softball Coaches’ Convention will make every effort to provide attendees with comparable value. The definition of a “comparable value” will be at the discretion of the event. Please understand that many of our costs are upfront expenses/investments that are not refundable or recoupable to us if we cannot hold an in-person event.

2026 Convention Cancellation Refunds

If we cannot hold a Convention and cannot provide on-demand video sessions, we will refund your entire registration fee minus the credit card merchant percentage rate fee.

2026 Convention Registration Waiver

Please note waiver of liability/indemnification language (see below) when completing your online registration.

In conjunction with my attending the the World Baseball & Softball Coaches’ Convention, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and,

2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards protection against infectious diseases; and,

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the World Baseball & Softball Coaches’ Convention, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY CHECKING THE ABOVE BOX, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
